At Purple Peanut, we endeavor to ensure that every purchase or transaction at our website is seamless. While we are obliged to adhere to the below-mentioned policies, we always try to make sure that our customers have a happy and satisfactory shopping experience with us.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS FAQs

Can I return my order?

As of now, No. Since we have only recently started we do not accept returns of orders, unless the product received has a physical damage or manufacturing defect in which case you can chose between a full refund or a replacement.

 

Can I exchange my order for an alternate size/color/design?

Yes you can! For an additional Rs.150 you can get your order replaced for an alternate product of the same price. Just to clarify, the Rs.150 is just the shipping cost we need to bear for the pickup and return of the delivered order and the shipping of the exchanged product.

 

When am I eligible for a refund?

We offer a complete refund only in the case where the product received has a physical damage or manufacturing defect. You can chose between a full-refund or a free of cost replacement for your order. Considering the current restrictions due to COVID and logistical issues that we are facing, we DO NOT offer refunds incase of any delays in your order.

 

How can I get a refund for my order/ request and exchange?

Just contact our co-founder Zaid at +91 9158878688 and he'll help you out with any refund/exchange related problems.

 

We request you to please choose your size carefully and contact us in case there is any query regarding the size/fit of any product and we would be happy to assist you with it.

A product once exchanged will not be exchanged again.

Customized products will not be exchanged/returned/refunded.

CANCELLATIONS FAQs

When can I cancel my order?

Although this would make us really really sad, you can cancel your order within 2 days of placing the order. We print our tshirts completely on demand so every time you order a fresh product is created which takes us around 2-3 days to print. So within the 2 day time-frame you can cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

No, currently you can only cancel orders within 2 days of placing it. Since we are very new and small business, cancellations after shipment can really cause us a big setback which is why we currently don't allow cancellations post-shipment.

How can I cancel my order?

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.

In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.), then Purple Peanut will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.)

GENERAL

To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • By telephone at +91 8217467002 from Monday to Saturday between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST
  • By email at purplepeanutstore@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
  • Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.
  • Retain the packaging of the damaged products received until our insurance adjuster visits to survey the breakage.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
